Last week, we celebrated anti-bullying week at Winton. This is a really important event each year that raises awareness of what bullying is, what to do if you are being bullied and helps to build confidence in children to report it. This year's theme was 'One kind word'. Each year group thought about how kind words can help everyone to have a better day and the effect that kindness and positivity has on everyone. With this in mind, children thought about the kind words that they could say to help someone's day get better. We've created a display at the front of the school by the main entrance showing off our ideas of what kind words we could say to someone.
